NZ river holidays. Since 1979 Canoe Safaris has offered unique river holidays for clients with little or no river experience – from families with children to many clients over 60. Our world-experienced, professional guides are trained in first-aid, river rescue, local history and also produce superb 3-course meals. We are members of the NZ Rafting Association and offer trips on the Whanganui and Rangitikei Rivers.
